If you send an enquiry to our company by e-mail, post or telephone, we will process your personal data required for this purpose (name, address, date of birth if applicable, e-mail address, telephone number, request) for the purpose of processing your enquiry and the associated activities and store it for as long as there is a legitimate reason or other legal basis for doing so due to follow-up questions. The processing and storage takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests of the controller). This data will not be processed for any other purpose without your consent. After expiry of the storage period, we will delete or comprehensively anonymise your personal data to the extent provided for by law.
4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Stumpf GmbH transmits the data to the Stumpf Group company responsible for the respective business transaction. The data is not disclosed to any other third parties.

6. Withdrawal of consent
You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing and storage of your data at any time. To do so, please send an e-mail to office@stumpf.at. After cancellation, your data will be deleted within one month of receipt of the request and will not be processed any further.
7. Rights of data recipients
You can send an informal request for access to your data (Art 15 GDPR), a request for rectification of your data (Art 16 GDPR), erasure of your data (Art 17 GDPR), data portability (Art 20 GDPR), restriction of data processing (Art 18 GDPR) or your right to object (Art 21 GDPR) to office@stumpf.at at any time. Our company will process your request within one month and inform you of the measures taken. Should data be necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, the request for deletion can only be processed after the mandatory reasons for storage no longer apply.
8. Responsible Party within the meaning of the GDPR
Stumpf GmbH is the responsible party within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation and data protection enquiries or requests can be sent at any time by post to Stumpf GmbH, Handelskai 94–96, 1200 Vienna or by email to office@stumpf.at.
9. Possibility to complain
